Castle "Secret Santa" Episode Review

*Review contains spoilers, so read at your own risk!*

Well, I'm back! Finally. Sorry for the long break. For two weeks there between my two jobs, I was getting 30 to 40 hours and barely got time to watch stuff or blog about it. So, forgive me if these aren't too detailed of blogs until I get to Burn Notice and stuff because it's been such a long time since I watched these first few episodes of the shows.

The last episode and now there's a break. Didn't know that while watching the episode until the very end when they said new episodes in January. Oh well. Makes sense. Just because the holidays ran on Monday or Tuesday this month.

Cute episode, though. Santa fell out of the sky and they don't know why someone would want him dead and so they investigate. Castle is really into Christmas. Always wanting to do the tradition, but this year, his traditions get changed a little bit. Alexis has met a new guy and wants to spend Christmas Eve with him before he leaves. Castle is not happy about that.

The Santa, Ed, used to be a really bad guy and was stealing money from people (if I remember correctly) and his neighbors was someone he stole from and so he was always trying to help them out with stuff to try and fix what he had done.

But it ended up being his ex-wife that killed him! Wasn't expecting that at all. That was a big shock. I remember that much. :)

Castle's plans didn't end up changing for Christmas Eve. Alexis and his mom cancelled their plans. But Castle ends up changing them himself because he found out that Kate volunteered to be the one on Christmas Eve shift. He wasn't happy about that at all. Kate ended up coming to his house. Yay! :)

Esposito was cute and gave the clock to the neighbors at the end. They invited him in for dinner and he took it, since he didn't have anything to do.
