"Premium Rush" & "Total Recall" Reviews

So, I rented two movies for our New Year's Eve called "Premium Rush" and "Total Recall". I preferred one over the other, but let me give you a brief synopsis of both of them first:

Premium Rush:

Premium Rush is about a bike messenger in New York City. His name is Wilee (played by the awesome Joseph Gordon Levitt - do you see a theme with my movies lately?) who gets this mysterious package that makes everybody after him now. Including a dirty cop who will do anything to get the package. I don't want to get into it too much because then I give the whole movie away. Let's just say, it has very intense action scenes. There is a lot of bad language in it, but I really enjoyed this movie. Of course, it probably helps that I like Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

Now this movie is a little harder to explain and I thought it was really hard to follow, too. Of course, it probably didn't help that I was playing with my iPad mini at the time. In a way, it kind of reminded me of Inception because you weren't sure what was real or not. What he had thought was real wasn't and he had to fight his way out to get back to what was real, is I think what it basically was about. There was language in this movie, but what really threw me is that I knew there was gonna be some brief nudity, but I didn't know that you saw the full front of a woman. I think I probably would have enjoyed it more if I was paying more attention, but I've heard it's very confusing in general. 

My recommendation?: Premium Rush. Good action movie, but it is PG-13. Violent and language is pretty much it in the movie from what I remember. I rented it and then a few days later I bought it. Oh, another recommendation if you are in for a really awesome action movie: Unstoppable with Denzel Washington and Chris Pine. It's an older movie, but highly recommended!
