Thought this episode was gonna be kind of boring because of what I saw in the preview, but this actually turned out to be one of my favorites. "Gonna party like it's 99, because it is" (Quote from their Facebook, I believe because this was the episode before their 100th episode).
Man is found dead in a cake mixer at a bakery. Kind of gross if you ask me. Kate is talking to Castle about somebody he kept saying in his sleep. Somebody named Jordan. She really wants to know who it is, but he keeps his mouth shut.
Wow, we haven't seen Jenny in a while (Ryan's wife)! Kind of nice to see her again. They have a doctor's appointment to see why they are having trouble having a baby.
Now starts the major story line of the episode. Ryan comes into work, but how does he know Siobhan and he also knows Robert? Found out that before Ryan came to Kate's team, he was undercover with that mob! Now he has to go back undercover (after 7 years) and nobody, especially Esposito is not happy at all.
But man, Ryan is really good undercover and he actually gets back into the mob just fine! Never knew Ryan was that good. The whole point for him undercover is because they are after something called the "bible". I can't remember what was important about it, but the head mob guy had it and it's very hard to get a hold of.
Ryan's cover gets blown, I think because Liam finds out that he wasn't telling the truth. This can't be good. But Ryan was thinking on his feet and got the cops to the docks were they were at before Ryan had to kill Siobhan. Liam ended up not being the killer, but Maggie was!
Castle finally decides to tell Kate who Jordan is and it ended up being a guy that wrote a paper for Castle so he could get a passing grade and he's actually the reason why he went into writing.
Siobhan ends up getting put into witness protection! That was Ryan's goal and he did it! Ryan going home to see his wife and she tells him that the doctor appointments were useless because she's pregnant!
