Hey guys, sorry it took me a while to post reviews again, but I have a few days off, so I'm gonna try and get caught up! First, I'll do my Despicable Me 2 review.
Steve Carrel returns as Gru in this funny/cute sequel with his girls and his minions. I've only seen the first movie once and it was like when it first came out, so I don't remember it really well. I think I'll have to watch it again to see which one I liked better. But I did enjoy the sequel. Just not sure if it one is better then the other since I haven't seen the first one in a while.
I really enjoyed Steve Carrel as Gru. He's perfect for the voice. Very funny.
Movie is mainly about there's the agency that wants Gru to help them stop a bad guy. Lucy is a new comer to the story and it was a cute addition. She works for the agency that wants to get Gru's help.
Actually saw it in 3D, too! Which I don't enjoy, but I wasn't bugged by this one! Maybe they are improving their 3D because it didn't bug my eyes and stuff actually flew out at you. I actually almost forgot I was seeing it in 3D. But I hear cartoons are the best to see in 3D, anyways.
It wasn't my favorite movie I've seen this summer, but it was one that I definitely enjoyed and I hope you do, too!
