Castle "Number One Fan" Episode Review

*Review contains spoilers, so read at your own risk!*

This episode was pretty good! I didn't really know what to believe while watching it. Though I did have a sneaking suspicion that the girl was being framed. Just didn't know how it all went down.

A girl is a suspect in killing her boyfriend and to get the cops attention, she captures people in a dentist office. Come to find out, though, it was Castle who she really wanted to talk to because she is a huge fan of his and knew about his crime solving and knew that he could prove her innocent. Yep, you read that right, she claims she was innocent.

But she was actually telling the truth the whole time! There were a few parts that I thought she was lying. Especially when they found out that she had killed the exact same way before. All to find out though that it was actually self defense, but somebody had found out about that case and totally framed her.

How awesome is it to have Kate back? But now that she got fired from the FBI, she has no clue what to do because the department is on a hiring freeze. She does get permission to work this case though. I think it was a good thing too, since Castle was involved.

Thank goodness for Castle's awesome bulletproof vest, right? Man, that fight with the gun, I knew something was gonna happen and I thought that he was seriously hurt. But all that happened was that he got knocked out for a second and his vest saved him!

I thought at first that the guy that kept interrupting Emma during the hostage situation was gonna be involved somehow. Because man, he was annoying, right? But it wasn't him and it wasn't Emma or her real dad, either. It ended up being the real dad's son-in-law because Angelo (Emma's boyfriend) ended up meeting him that night before he died and told him about Emma and decided to frame Emma to help keep the secret a secret.

Loved the moment when Emma met her dad and the fact that Castle was the one to let her know about him. It was so touching. I love it when shows end on happy notes like that. And what makes it even better is because of all that, Aaron was able to sway the boss into getting Kate's job back! The whole department was so happy for her!
