This show seemed to get really fast to their 100th episode. I was surprised to learn that the other day that it was gonna be that already. But happy because it looked good and I knew it was gonna be even better because normally these kind of milestone episodes are pretty awesome and this one lived up to that case!
It starts out as they show us something and then cut back to 6 hours earlier to fill us in. Someone broke into a house and left a finger and a message to Callen. Hetty sends Callen on another mission (or she tried to) and sends the team to the house. But Callen decides to follow them instead and gets on the case anyways, even though Hetty told him not to.
This episode was so action packed! But I knew that the guy they had wasn't gonna be his real dad. I don't know why, but I just had that feeling. You know who I wonder is his real dad? The old friend that Callen visits when he has tough cases. He was just way too interested in the case and on Callen's safety. I mean, I could be totally wrong, but that's who I was thinking was Callen's real dad.
So, Callen gets involved and it turns into a major disaster because the guys that have his "dad" are actually after him. They end up killing his "dad" and almost killing Callen's whole team, but everybody gets out just fine. Thought that first Sam was gonna get hurt bad, but how he got out of that car after that accident, I have no clue, but it was good because he saved Callen. However, Granger got hurt pretty bad. Thought he was dead, but he is fine.
I believe they do find someone that could have been Callen's dad, but we still aren't sure because he was sent to prison a long time ago and no death reporting of him.
The other thing I love about 100th episodes is that they sometimes have characters in it that we haven't seen in a while. Like Granger and the guy Callen visited. Wish Nate would have been in there. That would have been awesome, but it was still an amazing, action packed episode with a touching ending. Callen got a video of his real dad pushing him in a swing! I really hope we find more about Callen. Those episodes are always so interesting. I'm glad they give us something once in a while, though and not everything all at once.
