This episode reminded me of Avengers when the team had to learn to get along. Because this team also has to learn how to get along. It helps big time when their plane is taken over and they become hostages.
Ok, let me back up here a little bit. Remember in the pilot episode, they ended off with finding a mysterious item that they had to go track down? Well, they end up going to Peru to track it down and find it. It's an odd little thing. I can't remember what it does, but it was something worth killing over. First, they get into a gun fight and Coulson ended up knowing the lady in charge and that was able to settle things down there. Then, they got into another gun fight like a few minutes after and they had to go get back on the plane. But little do they know, that they actually bring the bad person along with them until it's too late.
Grant and Skye are the ones that have the biggest problems getting along. I'm not really sure why. Like if it's because he can't trust her (I'm not sure if we can or not, either) or if he kind of likes her or what's going on between them. It's probably the trust issue.
But let's get back to the plane being in hostage mode now. Coulson is kidnapped by the crazy lady and has to say that their plane is ok and not give any suspicions or anything and Grant, Skye, the scientists and Melinda are altogether, too. They have to figure out some way to get out. However, their plan was to blow a hole in the side of the plane! Now with a huge hole in the side of the plane, they have to maneuver around somehow. They do and it ends up being Skye who saves the day by plugging up the hole. Which was funny. She's the only one who's ever read the safety section of the manuel!
Now everybody is safe and sound. The bad guys got caught. What a big surprise to see Nick Fury come! I wasn't expecting him so soon! Actually, I wasn't expecting him at all. But I guess all the damage that happened to the poor plane, he had to come and figure out what happened.
So now comes the questions. Who did Skye text at the end saying that she was in? Does that mean she's bad or is she having second thoughts? Because she did hesitate when she replied. But Coulson knows that Skye is a risk! So does he know that she could possibly be bad?
