NCIS: LA "The Livelong Day" Episode Review

*Review contains spoilers, so read at your own risk!*

This has got to be one of the best episodes ever! It combined two of my favorite things: funny and action. I don't know why, but I love that combination. Not all at once, but a great action scene followed by something funny is what I love. I don't know if I've ever laughed so hard in an episode before! Believe me, if you missed it, you'll wanna watch it if you can find it somewhere to watch. You were missing a good one!

So many Densi moments as well! Not sure what part was my favorite. Perhaps the whole scene where they were FDA agents (I think - might have gotten the wrong department name). Deeks being a nerd was priceless! It looks like he had fun with that one. Not to mention the awesome little old lady who "helped" Deeks catch their suspect at the bus stop!

There was also plenty of banter between Sam and Callen as well and even with Hetty and all the rest. Deeks was getting teased as always. This time he was getting teased about his big thing with mercury being out of line or something to that affect.

Episode was excellent, though the ending reminded me a lot of the awesome movie Unstoppable. But it was still a great ending. Mitchell's friend ended up being the brains behind the whole operation and it turned out that what Mitchell was looking into was true and they were trying to turn it around on their poor worker (Mitchell worked at the train station). I'm so glad that he had a change of heart at the end, though. Because if not, something major would have happened.

The private eye also ended up being involved as well. I wasn't really expecting him, but I kind of was at the same time. Another awesome Densi moment. When they both "sang" along to their rights.

Deeks gets to babysit the train set while Mitchell is in jail and Deeks was in heaven! Until Hetty came over and wrecked it. Well, I don't think she knew the track was ready. But I felt bad for Deeks and hopefully the train wasn't damaged. And guess what they all blamed it on (in a teasing way)? Yep, mercury.
