*This review will contain some small spoilers, but if you've read the books, it won't be bad*
This is the best movie I've seen all year and that's saying something because there have been a bunch of good movies that have come out this year. But this one has made it to the top of my list.
Yes, I've read all the books and I thought they did excellent at making this into a movie. I felt like they stuck really well to the book. Of course, it helped that it had my favorite parts in the book, in the movie. Sure, they left some stuff out, but I haven't read the book since the beginning of the year, so I'm not exactly sure what they left out.

I loved how they showed us more of Panem and all their awesome future gadgets and stuff. I missed that in the first movie. One of the other things I really liked was how they showed us how each victor got taken out of the arena when they died. I also missed that part in the first one. My favorite part from the book was in the movie. If you've read the book, then you know about the force field stuff. But I won't get into that too much to it because I don't want to spoil it too much in case someone hasn't read it.
*End of spoilers*
The effects were amazing. When I was reading the book, I thought of Hawaii and that's actually where they filmed the new arena at. The arena was exactly what I pictured and they did really well with the arena stuff and disasters that happened in the arena.
The costumes of course were amazing. The "wedding dress" was probably my favorite in the movie. But of course, how could you not love all the creations of Effie? Whoever is the designer for her, out did themselves.
I especially love that my favorite actor (Josh Hutcherson), got huge amounts of screen play. I felt like they cut his role sort in the first one. But they made up for that in this one.
Well, that's basically it on all I'm gonna say about the movie. I tried to stay away from spoilers, but sometimes I couldn't help myself. I hope you guys enjoyed it as much as I did and May The Odds Be Ever In Your Favor.
My Movie Rating: 5 out of 5 stars
