Wow was pretty much my reaction after watching the epic conclusion to the who's killing CBI agents story line and what an awesome send off to Rigsby and Grace.
I am totally bummed that my favorite couple/characters will not be on the show anymore, but it was a pretty awesome episode for it to be their last. And not to mention no one died! So, if they want to make special guest spots here and there, they could. They may not, but you never know.
The only thing I didn't like about the episode was that they made it too obvious that it was the bad guy, Richard. I would have liked them to have made that part a little harder, but it's ok. They did make it hard in a way, since they could never get anything on the guy to find out if he truly was the bad guy. So, Rigsby decides to go to Patrick to take it into his own hands because he knows Patrick and knows that Patrick can get under peoples skin.
When I thought that they were gonna have the guy get away with it, Patrick and Rigsby had their own plan up their sleeve. It would have been nice to know what was going on, but towards the end, I figured out that at least the first part of the plan was Patrick's idea. To become the car driver and basically kidnap Richard who would lead them to where Grace was being held at. I was hoping that they wouldn't be stupid enough to drop a loaded gun that a crazy, bad guy could get his hands on and they weren't. The gun wasn't even loaded! But it gets worse because Richard eventually gets hold of the real gun, shoots Rigsby (yes, he does!) and almost hurts Patrick.
I am so glad that Rigsby did not die! I was so upset during that scene thinking he had died because of how they had it look. But Rigsby, probably knowing the one he loves was in trouble, got up and saved them from Richard! Phew, right?
Grace and Rigsby got a job offer from the FBI! At first, I thought they were going to accept it because Rigsby admitted that they missed the whole thing. But I think after this ordeal, they changed their minds. It's understandable. I mean, they have a family and want to be there for them. Speaking of which, how cute was Rigsby son?!
So yeah, I loved the episode and totally did not know the outcome, which made it way more exciting then if I would have known. I wonder what the story line will be now? I gotta say this was one of the best story lines for the show. Even if it means my favorite characters are no longer on it because of it, but it was still pretty amazing.
