Hawaii Five-0 "Pono Kaulike (Justice for All)" Episode Review

*Review contains spoilers, so read at your own risk!*

For those of you who've been reading my reviews, you'll know that I was a bit upset that they never ever brought up the fact or dealt with Danny out right killing someone. Sure, the man was bad, but still. It was such an un Danny thing, that I was just a bit upset that they never went back to it. So, when they came to this episode, I was actually happy that they brought it back up again.

I'm not too sure why people didn't enjoy this episode. Sure, they went back to an older storyline, but one that I felt like they needed to deal with in the first place. However, it went down completely different then what I was thinking was going to happen. Then again, I'm not sure if I would have totally enjoyed it either, if Danny would have been fully arrested and been in jail forever. Yes, it was wrong, but still. Poor Chin also finally gets the blow from helping out his friend. Getting arrested because of what deal he made for his brother-in-law who had a back up plan the whole time. Guess we shouldn't be too surprised about that, still, it was a surprise I didn't totally see coming.

Adding another cop death to his rap sheet probably isn't the smartest thing to do. Even if it meant letting Chin off the hook for his arrest. It just sounds like it keeps going from bad to worse. What does this mean now that Chin's brother-in-law is out on the loose? Will he come back to Chin for revenge or is Chin gonna get in trouble again?

Big surprise that it ended up being the CIA cop that was in charge of arresting Danny, that was the true bad guy and was actually in fact, trying to cover his tracks. Let's just say, I was a little surprised, but I wasn't at the same time. Either I'm getting really good at figuring out who the killer is, or this show is becoming too predictable. Either one isn't bad at all, though.

Since I've never fully trusted Joe, whenever he's back, I wonder why and what's really up his sleeve. Who was this mysterious helper that he kept talking to that would help them figure out certain things on their case? Well, it ended up being Steve's mom! Trust issues is always their relationship problem, but maybe they finally made a breakthrough and we will hopefully get the right answers out of him. But you never know.
