It's taken 2 seasons for Walter to realize what he's doing and it was all thanks to Toby to finally waking up him and realizing that Walter is stupid for pushing the woman of his dreams out of his life.
This episode was so intense! I really had no way of knowing what was going to happen. Though I did hope that Toby wasn't going to die because Toby is probably one of my favorite characters on the show, but still, it was intense.
So, we start off where we left off. When Toby got kidnapped by Mark. I'm still not exactly sure what Mark's end game was. Why kidnap Toby? Was this just to get even because Walter kicked Mark out of their "club"? He was one crazy dude. No wonder the team is so afraid of him.
It was awesome seeing each member work on trying to get Toby out safely. Even Tim was able to help out thanks to his music skills in trying to get Toby out.
How in the world did Mark know that Happy was married? The only thing I could think of is that Happy is in fact married to Mark and out of spite, he won't divorce her. That could explain why she hates that guy so much and how he would even know that. I felt awful for Toby. Here he was on the verge of making a big leap with the woman he loves, to find out that she's married to someone else.
But it looked like Happy really wanted to say yes to Toby. Which did kind of surprise me. I thought she'd say no only because they were moving too fast. But I'm glad that wasn't the case. She was about to burst into tears when she said no to him after his awesome proposal.
Finally, after all this time, someone got through to Walter and I am happy that it ended up being Toby who was. Sure, Toby being drunk because he lost the love of his life, was not the best time to have this conversation with Walter, but oddly enough it's what Walter needed to hear to finally wake up and realize what he had just done with Paige.
That's where they leave us. Wondering what's going to happy next in the Walter and Paige story. Walter driving off to catch up with Paige before she does something with Tim that could destroy Walter forever. Bravo for Walter finally stepping up and giving us a little hope that something could happen. But will he make it in time? We'll just have to wait until September to find out.
